Weekend getaway in Northern Cal?

I need help… I started the papers for it and now he has disappeared I know for a fact he’s on probation but no one will seem to help me find him to serve the papers he lives in Vallejo ca and the probation is through solano county. So my question is what can I or should i go about doing to find him to serve the papers ?
I called the probation department they wont give me any information at all and the sheriff wont help until the probation will and the family court is saying that its my problem to serve him
